This should be complete as per David's comment. Let us know if we've missed something!

Hayden Smith: You've missed something ;)
The amount paid for prepaid Pearler Credit (eg. $100) is included in the Net Contributions figure, but is not included in the Brokerage Paid figure. So Earnings minus Brokerage is actually incorrect.
What was requested here by the OP is for the $100 paid for as credit (out of amounts contributed) be added to the Total Brokerage Paid.
Doing the above would be the minimum required, but I'd prefer the brokerage to be correct at the transaction level (eg. transactions paid for with credit have a brokerage cost in Pearler = $0.00. I've actually been updating Sharesight to set brokerage = $6.33 for transactions which used Pearler Credit).
Even if you can't automate this (can see this is not feasible because of the different methods of obtaining credit and bonus credit etc) maybe you could at least enable users to manually update the brokerage in the transaction history.
That said, even by fixing this, the Net Contributions and Brokerage Paid will still be incorrect for me, because the amounts for transferred assets are not included in either of those figures. But these assets are included in the Earnings figures, so it's comparing apples and oranges. Ideally, users would be able to add in the contributions and the brokerage paid for transferred asset transactions as well, like they can add the purchase price now.
These summary figures are great and useful only if they're accurate. Due to the above, they are not accurate.

Hayden Smith: It's also missing on the contract notes, and they all need to be manually adjusted for tax purposes

Christie: Hey Christie,
Yes, absolutely. We're currently working on this. It's a very complicated problem for us to solve + there are implications with our broker, so we're revising the system currently
Christie
Hayden Smith: Ok thanks! I couldn’t find any info on the website or when I sent a help messsage through and ended up having to call the ATO to work out what to do… so it might be good to add it to the help articles and inform the support team if it’s a known problem, so we don’t all get in trouble for doing our tax wrong?
Hayden Smith
Christie: Yes absolutely, we're just trying to get on the same page on that internally to create something like that

Additionally, please include this brokerage credit cost under total return for the stock/portfolio
