I’ve had issues with every iteration of the Pearler dashboard. The numbers make sense for a while, then seem to become absurd. I reach out to support, things get fixed for a while, then become unreliable again. I routinely have steep increases and decreases that simply have not occurred in real life.
Part of the issue is the net worth chart is a single area chart. It should be a stacked area chat and much easier to dive in on any given day to see what assets make up how much of your net worth. Furthermore, it should be much easier to then dive into that asset and fix any quirks that have thrown out the total calculation.
The chart timeframe are too rigid. They should be more like 1, 2 weeks, 1, 3, 6 months, 1, 2, 3 years, or all time. 1 month is too long if I want to see more recent changes, and 6 months is too short if I want to see the last 1 or 2 years. All time is too long.
I want to be able to rely on the dashboard, but it is impossible as things stand.

The new app changes are truly awful. Adding funds from your bank is now more awkward and then ordering a purchase is also far more awkward. The changes across the board make the user experience significantly worse than previously - to the level that I think I will look at an alternative platform to pearler

Hi, I’ve been using Pearler for past couple of months. The previous interface was really user friendly & I enjoyed using pearler for investing. However, since the update and the new interface, it’s really hard to figure day’s gain or total gain. Is there any way to change it to the old interface ?

The whole layout is hard to look at. The old look was very clean, professional and informative. This new look gives off a cheap tycoon game vibe. Colours, text size and information filtering was all much better on the prior version
