Hi everyone! Just to follow up on this topic.
Firstly, on the primary cash and available cash separation. This is basically the same as your banks idea of "balance" and "available". Because funds can be processing, there isn't much way around this. Though we will continue to explore ways to simplify that.
In terms of simplifying the tabs, we are constantly reviewing those though the challenge naturally is that different users want different things from our platform so we try and strike a balance. There will be other topics on the radar around more customisation within the app (to give you an experience specific to you).
In terms of comments about the UI being cluttered, we're also working on this at the moment but because that's just such a high level description that would be hard to mark a "complete" point, I'm going to close off this request as we don't have a clear actionable from this right now (though a few implicit ones). Happy to discuss further!

Hi all, I have modified the title and original post slightly so that the interpretation can be a bit more focused and we can have more confidence on this as votes roll in.
For transparency this was the original title and post:
"The Pearler website is messy compared to other brokers I have used."
"I think for a new investor to shares Pearler website is messy. You just need the Dashboard and Auto-invest. The other pages should be under a more tab. Also get rid of Primary cash and just have available cash and auto-invest cash."
This change is to ensure that we don't accidentally interpret people voting under a title "Website is messy" giving us a false positive that we need to do something specific like updating the tabs. If anyone has any other requests that aren't covered in this scope please make another post

Agree, it's poorly designed and overly complicated for no Benefit, personally have found Pearler awfull to deal with,

Hi all! I think it's great to get a lot of opinions on this topic.
Steven, is the scope of this request for you that you the primary cash should be removed and all tabs bar dashboard and autoinvest would be removed? It would be great if we could update the title to reflect the specific changes that you want to see. Or if it's more than that, feel free to create more feature requests too. It's going to be very hard for us to do much with a "website is messy" request (don't know the scope, don't know how to define it being complete) but it's much easier to get feedback and action a collection of more specific improvements if they become popular. Regardless, really appreciate the time taken to share thoughts on this one.
Looking forward to learning more on this topic too.

I agree, I think the UI has been a victim of Pearler's rapid expansion and development of services and features. It would serve everyone well to have a really thorough overhaul of the user interface
