Hi everyone! Since this ticket was posted about 3 months ago we've done a lot of work to our UX. If you haven't already, simply check it out by logging in: https://secure.pearler.com/dashboard
I'm going to mark this "feature request" as Completed, and hopefully you feel like the UX is more intuitive!
If you don't though, could you please let us know by creating another one of these? In particular, if there is a specific part of the UX you still find clunky we'd really love to hear about it!

UX improvements are going to be an ongoing process for us over the next 6 months - you should've already seen many happen! If you're willing to help with user-testing and the like, please upvote this request to let us know 😊

Kurt Walkom: Kurt it would be great to know the direction and what the UX / UI team is looking at.
Currently Pearler has pages with duplicate information on them, over sized charts taking up prime real estate on others. The goals page has a few investment goal attributes and for the most part an empty page.
Not to mention an edit button that sits on the top right hand side of the page without any context to the below information.
Moving through the site has no real flow or consistency to it.
There is a lack of information on the site about the "Why" or the "How to"
This is to name a few elements that I am sure your team will look into over this ongoing process.
Please take this as constructive criticism and nothing more.
I love the fact you and the team are interviewing and getting user feedback over this time.
Im looking forward to seeing what the UX team serves up over the next 6 months :-).

Dan B: really appreciate the feedback! In terms of direction - we only have clear high-level UX priorities defined at the moment. We want our UX to make it easy for people to invest regularly, without stress & for the long term. And we want to make it easy for people to establish & retain good financial habits. That's the direction we're going in - does that help?
Dan B
Kurt Walkom: Thanks for the insight mate, stemming from the high level priorities it will be great to see how this transpires into a smooth user journey through out the site.

Dan B: yep, gotcha - we're trying to figure this is out ourselves. What we've got currently is our first go at this, but realise we've got work to do. Will be in touch with upvoters of this feature to test general UX once we get past the urgent stuff we're currently iterating on (onboarding, Autoinvest & US equities) 👍
