Create a Pearler super fund that has the same portfolio ETF target automation features as the investment platform

By "Pearler Superfund", do you mean a fully regulated retail Superfund that you can join as a member?
That's a huge and expensive proposition, and I'd hate to see Pearler waste their time and money on that.
Also, Pearler already allows you to create an account as an SMSF, and operate those investments as per normal.
