When can I buy shares in US Stocks via my trust? Ideally I would like to automate these purchases.

I am keen to add US shares to my automation in my trust, as well as set up a SMSF, however, if I can’t have this functionality in the SMSF then I won’t be able to migrate over. Is there any timeframe or is it unlikely capability in the future? Thank you

It will be important for Pearler to enable Trust fund accounts to purchase US shares. Otherwise, I will need to move to an alternative platform that allows this.

The Pearler Platform currently doesn't support US investment accounts with Trusts. I have a number of US assets in a few different trusts at IB that I want to bring over to Pearler but I can't due to this. I am reviewing whether I will stay at Pearler with my accounts because of this or look for another Australian based brokerage firm that has capacity to support trusts with US assets.

At present the above cannot be performed. Although US stocks may be purchased by individuals, they can not be bought by a trust or SMSF.
