I’m struggling to get cash from the pearler account into my bank account it’s saying it doesn’t have my bank details yet when I can see clearly that it does as I’ve gone and set that up already.. it’s confusing me I just want to take some of the cash from a recent sell and transfer it to my bank account

It’s not allowing me to do this
